CNC Machine Operator

Legacy Staffing is partnering with a leading precision manufacturing company in Hudson, Ohio to hire experienced CNC Machine Operators. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $22-28/hour based on experience and skill level. This role focuses on operating CNC machines to produce high-quality machined components while maintaining safety and quality standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC mills or lathes to produce precision machined parts 


• Review work orders, blueprints, and specifications 


• Load materials and set up machine tooling and fixtures 


• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to ensure part quality 


• Perform basic machine adjustments and tool changes as needed 


• Complete production and quality documentation
