CNC Set-Up Operator-2nd Shift

We are seeking a CNC Set-Up Operator to join our 2nd shift team in Sandusky, where you will play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing operations. In this position, you’ll set up and operate CNC and conventional equipment to produce high-quality components while ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to production standards in a fast-paced environment.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Precision machine set-up and operating responsibilities.
+ Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet demand.
+ Sets up and operate CNC and other related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation.
