How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

The Project Manager, FOP Crew Support is responsible for coordinating
the technology needs and support of our business partners in Flight Operations (FOP).
While partnering with FOP, the Project Manager will seek to understand the processes
run by the teams, and the technology used for those processes to ensure a
seamless efficient delivery of services. The position reports to the Manager of
Crew Operations & Reliability Support in the Crew Technology Support
organization, and will work closely with Crew Resources, IT, Operational
Analytics and Performance (OAP) and Operations Decision Science (ODS) teams to develop,
implement, and support the technology used by the crew members, with a greater
focus on OpEx (non-capital) funded efforts
