This multi-role opportunity covers surface and/or underground operations, engineering, maintenance, HSE, and production planning functions. These roles are designed for mid- to senior-level candidates and provide a pathway toward Superintendent, Operations Manager, and Site Leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead safe, compliant coal production across underground and/or surface operations
• Maintain and strengthen MSHA compliance programs, inspections, investigations, and corrective actions
• Drive daily execution through production planning, crew leadership, equipment utilization, and KPI reporting
