Ashta Tech Automation (Hingna MIDC, Nagpur, India) is an industrial automation company. Our smart-packaging vertical builds end-of-line packaging machinery and ultrasonic food-cutting systems, with anchor clients including Haldiram's and Bikaji — among India's largest snack-food manufacturers. The packaging business is self-funding and operationally mature. We also develop adjacent deep-tech robotics verticals.

We are now entering the European market, beginning with Finland.

What we are looking for

A Finland-based co-founder and operating partner for our European entity.

Not a technical role (our engineering base is in India), but the commercial and operational anchor for our EU presence.

The role

• Establish and run Ashta Tech’s Finland-registered entity.
• Build the EU go-to-market: distributor and agent network, and the first customers among Nordic food manufacturers.
