These leads have already shown interest in our services and are requesting additional information. The company handles all lead generation, so your primary focus will be building rapport, qualifying interest, and guiding prospects through the next steps.

This is a relationship-driven role, not a high-volume call center position. If lead volume is lower at times, the role will include administrative and support tasks to assist the wider team.
