Job Description

• Must have 6+ yrs
• Strong experience in CUCM, CMS or Webex (On Prem/VC)
• CMS Architecture: Configure and troubleshoot core CMS components, including Call Bridge clustering, Web Bridge, Database replication, and Recorder/Streamer.
• CUCM Integration: Manage Cisco Unified Communications Manager
• CMS API Utilization: Leverage the CMS API to configure advanced parameters not available in the GUI and automate bulk provisioning tasks.
• Automation Scripting: Develop Python scripts to automate health checks, log analysis, and routine maintenance for CMS and CUCM environments.
