We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Assistant to join our growing team. The role is responsible for assisting in the recovery of outstanding accounts while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
*Contact clients regarding overdue accounts via phone or other communication channels
*Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on commitments
*Maintain accurate records of collection activities and client interactions
*Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy standards
*Coordinate with internal teams for account updates and resolutions
