Position Title: Collection Remedial and Asset Management Department Head

Job Purpose:

The position is primarily responsible for overseeing the collection of loan receivables and managing the remedial process for legal action. The position is also responsible for providing supervision in the disposal of the banks real and other properties acquired (ROPA).

A. Collection and Remedial Management

• Oversees the collection, remedial policies and processes of theli>
• Manages past due and non‑performing ratio.
• Monitors loan accounts that are subject to re‑appraisal.
• Reviews the proposals for write‑off, re‑structure and re‑schedule of collectibles based on BSP guidelines.
