Collection Specialist

Location: Al Ain

Role Purpose: Collection Specialist is responsible to perform the assigned role related to the collection of official funds from the ADIB customers in coordination with the collection team leader and collection manager. The role involves reviewing customers’ accounts and informing them of due dates for payments by phone call, fax or e‑mail. Actions are taken in a manner that is consistent with ADIB customer service code of practice while maintaining confidentiality.
