Roles and Responsibilities Job Description:- Managing Collections process and MIS for Rural Product.
MIS - Repo Stock/Overdue report/Product wise Efficiency/Billing Vs collection/NPA/Write off / Repo/Release/Sale flagging/RTGS confirmation/Contest MIS/Restructured Pool efficiency/ Bkt 2 and 3 cases with expected NPA date.
Launching Contest for NPA % and write off cases as per management requirement.
Preparing contest payout as per performance and eligibility.
Valuation of repo assets thru Vendor partner.
Setting a process with Call centre for Pre and post delinquency management. (IVR calling and sending SMS)
Representation of banking bounce cases as per due dates.
Identifying repeat bounce cases and allocating these cases to sales and collxn filed team for collecting Fresh/New Mandate form from customer and getting it registered with banking ops team to reduce bouncing numbers.
