Our Operations Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in our Ortigas site in the role of Collections Associate.

As a Collections Associate, your main role is to meet collection goals while following BSP and other regulations. You'll work on collecting overdue payments via calls, letters, and SMS, handle client requests (reversals, updating information), and negotiate payment arrangements. You'll also monitor your productivity and follow team strategies for improved performance.
