Collections Specialist

Description We are looking for a skilled Collections Specialist to join our team in Chandler, Arizona. In this role, you will focus on managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances. This is a Contract position, offering the opportunity to transition to a long-term role based on performance.

Responsibilities:
• Handle commercial and consumer collections with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue balances to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address billing discrepancies and resolve customer concerns.
