Collections Specialist II

**Welcome to Love's!** The Accounting Operations team is looking for an experienced **Collections Specialist** to be responsible for collection calls, account reconciliation, store support, and correspondence in a customer service-oriented environment. Additionally, the candidate will provide customer service regarding collection issues, resolve client discrepancies and short payments, and monitor and maintain assigned accounts.

**Job Functions:**

+ Correspond with identified fleets in collection to resolve issues in a timely fashion:
+ Contact fleet representatives to communicate collection items.
+ Prepare emails or collection spreadsheets to send collection items to fleets.
+ Follow up within 72 business hours with fleets to ensure approval.
+ Send items to the Billing Company for processing.
