Collections Specialist

Description We are looking for a Collections Specialist to support accounts receivable operations for a medical devices organization in Rochester, New York. This Long-term Contract position focuses on managing both commercial and consumer collections, improving cash flow, and maintaining accurate account records. The ideal candidate brings a detail-oriented approach, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment using systems such as SAP HANA and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:
