Collections Specialist - Temporary

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Collections Specialist for a temporary position (12 months) focused on reconciling accounts within a legacy portfolio. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively partner with customer service, sales, and finance teams to achieve specific project goals. You will report directly to our Sr. Collections Supervisor and work out of our San Luis Potosí location on a hybrid work schedule.

• Perform reconciliation of accounts within the legacy portfolio.
• Collaborate with customer service, sales, and finance departments to ensure accurate account management.
