TheCollections Supervisorwill organize and prioritize the work ofcollections associatesto reduce aged receivable balances.Theywill effectively assign the work withintheirteamtomake sure theworkloadis properly balanced between teammembers, andfollowdepartmental processes and guidelines.Therole is responsible for maintaining a successful teamandsupportingan efficient order-to-cash process.Theywill prioritize team efforts to meet cash targets, report on monthly progress, and highlight concerns tothe collections managertocontinuallydrive exceptional resultsin support ofthe GBS+servicemission.
