Collections Team Lead: Onsite, Strategy & Compliance

Metrobank is looking for a Collections Officer to supervise collections agents and ensure that activities are up to performance standards. You will be involved in managing compliance and improving collection strategies.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree, have at least 2 years of collections experience and 1 year in a supervisory position. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and onsite work is required.
