Northpoint Realty Group is looking for a Commercial Area Broker and Residential Area Agent to increase their national footprint.

Northpoint Realty Group has two broker/agent models:

• 70% commission split as the regular agent/broker contract with achievable minimum revenue to be maintained.
• 80% commission split with an additional profit share on a minimum of five qualifying agents/brokers, at the 70% level, for the Team Leader role.
