Opportunity Description
We are seeking a Commercial & Contracts Engineer who is responsible for managing all contractual and commercial aspects of projects, ensuring financial efficiency, risk mitigation, and compliance with contract terms. Key Responsibilities
Contracts Management
- Review, analyse, and administer contracts (main contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements)
- Identify contractual risks and provide mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and obligations
- Handle contract correspondence, notices, and claims
Commercial Management
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability
