Overview

This role will lead nationwide consumer growth by driving sales, expanding market reach, and strengthening channel partnerships. The focus is on building a scalable, field-driven sales model through distributors, agents, and partner networks.

What You'll Do

• Lead overall consumer sales performance and ensure targets are achieved.
• Develop strategies to grow the customer base and expand into new areas.
• Build and manage partner networks, including dealers, distributors, and agents.
• Strengthen channel performance through incentives, structure, and governance.
• Oversee field teams across different regions and improve sales productivity.
• Work closely with internal teams to support launches, promos, and initiatives.
• Track performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
