Commercial Execution Lead PH

The role is a permanent position requiring in‑market accountability for Avon’s commercial execution.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end commercial execution, driving delivery of centrally approved plans to meet SOS targets while adapting to local market realities.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to the Market GM, jointly owning SOS and market performance and advising on trade‑offs, priorities, and interventions to meet P&L and growth goals.
• Define and embed execution standards, KPIs, and governance frameworks across sales and channel teams, building sustainable execution capabilities.
• Track in‑flight commercial performance with a forward‑looking, predictive lens, using data‑driven insights to identify risks, opportunities, and actions.
