Opportunity Description
Overview
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
- Working Hours: 7.30am – 5pm (Multiple breaks in between)
- Working Location: Tuas
- Base Salary: Up to $4000 (Depending on relevant experience & industry experience) + VB
- Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally while coordinating effective responses to service requests and operational needs.
- Prepare accurate quotations for parts and services and coordinate service orders with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Technical teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare invoices efficiently and support the Sales Team in monitoring and facilitating early payment collections when required.
- Liaise with vendors for parts procurement and collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and service execution.
