Commercial Finance Controller, DTC & Growth

No Sweat Work Media is seeking a finance professional for a remote position in South Africa. This role will be the first dedicated finance hire, responsible for managing the P&L, developing cash flow forecasts, and supporting financial decisions across the business. Candidates should have DTC or e-commerce experience, proficiency in Exact Online, and strong analytical skills. There is a clear upward path to CFO as the company scales. Applicants with experience in AI workflow building are preferred.
