Commercial Finance Manager Portugal

Your opportunity

As Commercial Finance Manager for Portugal, you will be a core member of the Portugal Leadership Team and the right‑hand to the Head of Commercial. You will drive financial performance, influence strategic decisions, and embed world‑class finance practices across the market. You’ll partner with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Shared Services to ensure Bacardi Portugal meets its short‑term targets and long‑term growth objectives.

About You

You must be a self‑starter, fearless to influence decision making, and drive capability across Portugal, mixing detail & the bigger picture to drive growth in line with strategy.

You must demonstrate a founder’s mentality, taking ownership for the P&L & our core KPIs to help Portugal beat dynamic plan.
