Commercial Lawyer | Perth (4+ PAE)

A well-established firm is seeking a Commercial Lawyer (4+ years PAE) to join its busy and growing commercial practice.

You’ll advise a mix of ASX-listed, unlisted public, and private clients across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters , including contract drafting and negotiation, business structuring, and mergers and acquisitions.

About you:

• 4+ years’ post-admission experience in commercial or corporate law

• Strong drafting and communication skills

• Ability to manage competing priorities and client relationships

• Commercial mindset with a focus on practical outcomes
