Job Requirements

• Mandatory possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, or Finance, combined with an active and verifiable RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) Broker Card.
• Strict requirement for a minimum of 3 years of continuous commercial real estate leasing experience, specifically handling retail and F&B spaces within the GCC market.
• Candidates must demonstrate an aggressive sales drive and possess an independent, pre-existing network of international retail franchises and local corporate investors.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cold-calling and direct outreach to secure long-term tenancy contracts for vacant premium retail spaces across City Walk, Bluewaters, and La Mer.
