Commercial Loan Closing Specialist - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Commercial Loan Closing Specialist for a Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

This role will support day-to-day operations within commercial lending during a system conversion from AFS to LoanIQ. The ideal candidate will participate in process improvements, handle commercial loan closing assignments, and assist with booking and funding activities within the LoanIQ system.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Commercial Loan Closing


• Book and fund commercial loans in the LoanIQ system
