To establish and maintain best practice standards, policies, procedures and processes in all commercial dealings and ensure, as Commercial Manager provides expert commercial, risk management, legal, insurance, project management and business systems advice and support to Senior Management, Operating Divisions and Projects with the objective of achieving business excellence that helps the company to be positioned as leader in the industry.

Key Accountabilities

• To ensure that the main contracts terms and conditions of tender documents and other pre-bid agreements for prospective projects across the company reviewed and where necessary commercial and contractual qualifications are drafted in order to ensure that the terms of offer protect and/or further safeguard the company’s interest and comply with company guidelines.
