As part of our business expansion, we would like to launch a talent management portfolio within MVC Group. We are looking for a seasoned business developer with strong client relations, operation and partner management from a HR consulting or HR service provider background (Talent Development & Talent Assessment). You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, identifying trends and needs through market research and sourcing/partnering with subject matter experts, coaches/trainers, assessment tools and learning platform technologies to deliver solutions and programs based on the client needs.
