We are looking for an excellent candidate to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Identify and follow up on new leads for prospective business.
2. Manage the Tendering team and take responsibility for the preparation of tenders.
3. Prepare and respond to tender clarification submissions.
4. Participate in contract award negotiations and conclusions.
5. Effective liaison with stakeholders through pre- and post-Contract stages.
6. Oversee and manage all Quantity Surveying aspects and projects.
7. Work in accordance with ISO 9001.

Desired Experience & Qualification

1. Recognised tertiary mechanical engineering or commercial qualification.
2. Quantity surveying experience in SMPP Engineering construction.
3. Knowledge of commercial contract law.
4. Familiarity with NEC and FIDIC Contract conditions.
