Commercial Risk Manager

Legal Counsel – Eaton Electrical Business, Malaysia. Role within the East Asia division.

What you’ll do

Provide commercial risk management including contract, bidding process, and regulatory risk management to ensure the best commercial outcomes for Eaton and its customers.

Coordinate and support transactions with tenders, contract review, negotiation, and accounts receivable resolution, working closely with business teams throughout the transaction lifecycle.

• Legal compliance and risk management – assess and mitigate risks related to operations and strategic decisions.
• Develop compliance risk mitigation strategies, processes, and controls.
• Provide legal support and representation in commercial, legal, and regulatory matters involving government agencies.
• Offer transactional, operational, and contract support for assigned Eaton businesses and functions (HR, Sales, Supply Chain Management, Finance, etc.).
