- Analyze title commitments, preliminary title reports, surveys, appraisals, and flood determinations for commercial real estate collateral.
- Identify and resolve title issues in coordination with lending staff, credit supervisors, escrow, title companies, and legal counsel.
- Prepare and maintain lender’s instructions, SNDAs, tenant estoppels, and related documents to protect the Bank’s lien position across multiple states.
- Serve as liaison between internal teams and external partners to perfect collateral for CRE and C&I loans.
