Opportunity Description
Commercial (Truck), Technical Service Manager
An official franchised dealership for Iveco and Powerstar commercial vehicles who offers sales of parts and servicing/repairs of vehicles is in search of a Commercial Retail Service Manager to join this thriving team.
This manager will be supported by a strong Technical Foreman so this role is perfect for the leader with extensive experience in a retail spaces and large team managment (15+ size teams).
NON-NEGOTIABLES
- Proven track record of successfully managing a large workshop with commercial vehicles
- Experience with SAP or some type of Retail operating system
- Volumes of Service jobs: Must be able to hand 12-15 jobs per day
- Experienced with Budgets
- Experience with Admin reports such as Work in Progress & Warrantys
- Experience with Disciplinary Process
