Our client, a well-established brokerage located in Concord, is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Technical Service Representative (TSR) to join their growing team. What You’ll Do:
Provide full support in maintaining and servicing contracted commercial clientele.
Proactively recommend coverage options, products, and claims solutions tailored to client needs.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients and insurance providers.
Investigate and resolve client concerns independently while maintaining strong relationships.
