Opportunity Description

Holyrood Hotel Donegal requires a full time Commis Chef.



Working on starters and main courses and assisting the head chef on duty.



Must have at least 2 years chef experience and be experienced in professional cookery.



Full time permanent position.



39 hours per week.



Euro 30,000 per annum salary.



Job located at The Holyrood Hotel, Main Street, Drumacrin, Bundoran, County Donegal

Duties and responsibilities will include:

Helping on different sections of the kitchen

Assisting the head chef and sous chefs during service.

Helping with the kitchen health and hygiene procedures

Cooking food to order
