Responsibilities
- Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking tasks
- Prepare ingredients such as chopping, cutting, and measuring
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
- Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients
- Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards)
- Support in daily kitchen operations and service preparation
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies
