Commodity Contract Management Specialist

Role Purpose Statement This position is responsible for end-to-end contract lifecycle management for agricultural commodities including timely and accurate entry, validation, execution, and settlement of trade contracts. The role requires expertise in GAFTA/ FOSFA contract rules, and coordination with commercial, operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure profitable and compliant execution of physical commodity trades. This is an individual contributor role with potential to lead contract administration improvements and process excellence initiatives.

Main Accountabilities

- Ensure accurate and timely entry of purchase and sales contracts into systems with correct pricing formulas, delivery terms, and special clauses

- Manage contract lifecycle including validation, amendments, contract drag monitoring, FIFO compliance, and settlement reconciliations
