Responsibilities
- Manage and co‑coordinate with various in‑house and external suppliers to produce and distribute internal communications content across all internal communications channels, and oversee all copy and design to ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
- Develop and implement an employee communications strategy framework to support HR and business leaders in engaging with various employee audiences across the organisation in line with EKFC’s brand values and people initiatives.
- Develop and implement branding and communications strategy and plans at a corporate EKFC level that is aligned to the overall EKFC strategy and the specific business needs.
