Opportunity Description
As a Community Associate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of community affairs at sites assigned to you; coordinating with service providers as needed, maintaining issue logs, creating, and implementing solutions on site and supporting Adventus management team in smooth execution of Community Management and Building Management responsibilities. You will assist in budget preparation, service charge collection, vendor management, RERA coordination, OC coordination, and enhancement of compliance and customer happiness. You will undertake additional duties as the company may reasonably require from time to time.
