About the Role:

As a Community Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live independently and actively within their community. 
You will provide personal care and assistance tailored to each individual’s goals and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• High care needs client requiring assistance in personal care, hoist, manual handling competent, domestic assistance, varied shifts - daytime and potential over-night during weekdays. 

• Support clients in our community needing assistance with social support, transport to appointments, shopping or community outings. 

• Provide personal care to clients with dignity and respect such as assisting with showering, grooming and dressing.
