This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to transforming the lives of young people who have disengaged from traditional education.
As a Community Teacher in Northampton, you will support a small caseload of students—up to five at a time—delivering a bespoke learning experience in community settings, at home, or in other local facilities. Your role is to provide both academic tuition and vital pastoral care, helping learners overcome complex barriers and guiding them back toward structured education.
