Role Requirements:

- 5–12 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / HR Analytics

- MBA / PGDM in HR & Finance from a reputed institute

- Strong analytical capability and business understanding

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Highly proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and dashboards

- Strong exposure to compensation benchmarking, salary structures, budgeting, and HR MIS
