Responsibilities
Analyzing and administering programs for employee pay, bonuses, and benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans to ensure they are competitive, compliant, and align with company goals. Key duties include data analysis, market benchmarking, designing pay structures, managing benefit administration, communicating policies, and ensuring legal compliance. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and computer skills, often with knowledge of HRIS systems and local labor laws.
