Opportunity Description
Responsible for administering and monitoring government mandated and company-initiated benefits
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course.
- With at least 1 year experience in Compensation and Benefits process.
- Knowledgeable in government-mandated benefits such as SSS, Phil health, and Pag-big; local benefits programs, and benefit invoice management & procedures.
- Proficiency in computer literacy are also required.
- Amenable to work in Sta. Mesa Manila
