The Role
We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. As an integral member of the People and Culture team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of our rewards programs, ensuring our pay structures are competitive, and maintaining strict compliance with Philippine labor laws. You will play a key role in building a Total Rewards framework that attracts, motivates, and retains top talent in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Statutory Compliance & Benefits Administration: Lead the accurate and timely processing of all government-mandated benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions; ensure company-wide compliance with DOLE regulations, including the timely release of 13th-month pay and final pay processing.
