We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. As an integral member of the People and Culture team, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end administration of our rewards programs, ensuring our pay structures are competitive, and maintaining strict compliance with Philippine labor laws. You will play a key role in building a “Total Rewards” framework that attracts, motivates, and retains top talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Statutory Compliance & Benefits Administration: Lead the accurate and timely processing of all government‑mandated benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag‑IBIG contributions; ensure company‑wide compliance with DOLE regulations, including the timely release of 13th‑month pay and final pay processing.
