Opportunity Description
- Responsible for payroll preparation from timekeeping validation to coordinating with the Finance Team for checking and approval
- Maintain an accurate record of employee data and regularly update employee compensation files
- Provide prompt assistance to concerns related to payroll, benefits, and other HR matters.
- Coordinate employee enrollment in health plans and other benefits.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE and other government institutions.
- Relevant experience in compensation and benefits, especially in manual payroll
- Knowledgeable in HRIS and similar platforms
- Experience in bank transactions and account opening
- Relevant knowledge in HMO processing
