Compensation & Benefits Advisor

A growinginternational organisation is seeking apensation & Benefits Advisor to
support the delivery of reward strategy across a global workforce. Operating
across the UK and multiple international regions, the business is investing in
its people strategy and looking to strengthen itspensation, benefits and
payroll capability to support continued growth.

Reporting into a
Senior HRBP, you will play a key role in supporting the design, implementation
and management ofpensation frameworks and benefits programmes across the
organisation. This will include benchmarking, salary analysis and supporting
annual reward cycles to ensure internal equity and externalpetitiveness
across a multi-country population. You will also contribute to the ongoing
optimisation of the global benefits offering, including administration,
