As Compensation Manager, you'll lead compensation structuring, payroll validation, performance management cycles, and policy governance. You'll also drive automation, analytics, and compliance across HR operations.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA/Master's in HR, Finance, or related field
5–8 years in compensation operations, payroll advisory, or HR shared services
Strong grasp of labour laws, CTC structuring, HRIS systems
High proficiency in Excel
Key Responsibilities
Lead compensation structuring, validation, and performance management cycles
Collaborate with HRBPs and Finance for budgeting and approvals
Drive automation of workflows and dashboards
Deliver insights through compensation analytics
Ensure policy compliance and audit readiness
